Part-Time Optometry Position

We have an opportunity for a TPA/Glaucoma certified part time OD 2-3 days per week leading to full time over the next 3-5 years. Five days paid PTO/year while part time. Pre-testing done by technicians for exams. We use Revolution EHR, Daytona Pro Optos, Zeiss Cirrus OCT, Matrix VF, icare tonometer, Marco automated refractor, digital and manual lensometer, Marco topography and Humphrey threshold visual field. Expect 12-14 exams per day. Office hrs 8-5. We have a spacious optical area with over 900 frames including several designer lines in our 3,000 sq ft office. We have many contact lens fit sets including a few specialty lenses: VS Scleral, UltraHealth, UltraHealth FC and MiSight. We are on VSP and EyeMed panels; we are Medicare providers. We are not a Medi-Cal office. Bilingual with Spanish is helpful, but not required. Doctor is expected to complete charting, code visits, make lens recommendations to patients, quote fees for CL services and lenses and write letters to PCP / OMD as needed.
